The number
What 35,000 procedures actually changes
Volume is quoted constantly in this field and rarely explained. It is worth being precise about what it does and does not tell you, because the honest answer is narrower than the marketing one.
- What it does mean: a fixed process rather than an improvised one. The assessment happens before travel, the quotation is itemised and written, the three days run to the same sequence every time, and the follow-ups are scheduled rather than promised.
- What it also means: ten languages, because people arrive from more than forty countries. Someone who speaks your language is with you at the examination and on the operation day.
- What it does not mean: that your result is predictable from anyone else’s. Donor capacity is individual and finite, and it is the single thing that sets the ceiling on what is possible.

How the work is organised
Our consultation office is at Esentepe Mah. Keskin Kalem Sok. No: 27/8, Şişli / İstanbul, Türkiye, where the assessment, the plan and the quotation are prepared. The examination, the operation and the first wash all take place at our clinic in Istanbul, carried out by our own surgical teams.

What this page used to say
An earlier version of this page claimed we had been offering “permanent and effective solutions” since 1999. That sentence has been removed, and the reason is worth stating rather than quietly fixing.
The transplanted follicles are permanent: they come from the back and sides of the head and keep their resistance to the hormone that drives pattern loss. But a transplant does not stop loss in your remaining native hair. Calling it a permanent solution implies the second, and the second is not true. It is also why a plan drawn against loss that is still progressing quickly, with no cause established, produces a result that looks wrong in a few years.

Is a hair transplant a permanent solution?
The transplanted follicles are permanent. They keep their resistance to the hormone that causes pattern loss. What a transplant does not do is stop loss in your remaining native hair, which is why the overall pattern is monitored and the plan is drawn against it.
How long is the stay?
Three nights: day one examination and design, day two the operation, day three the first wash and departure.
What is your authorisation number?
AK-0604, issued by the Turkish Ministry of Health. Together with our Group A travel agency licence 14296, it is published in full on the documents page.
Which techniques do you use?
Sapphire FUE and DHI. Which suits your case is decided after your donor area has been examined. The two are compared on the treatments page.
