What a certificate is for
Why a number matters more than a badge
A certificate is only worth something if you can check it. That is the whole point of publishing the numbers rather than a picture of a logo: AK-0604 and 14296 can both be verified with the issuing ministry, by you, without asking us.
It is also worth knowing what a certificate does not tell you. It confirms that an organisation is authorised to operate. It does not tell you who will hold the punch on the day, how many grafts your donor area can give, or what is inside the price. Those answers belong in your written quotation.

01Ask
Request the number, not the picture
An image can be edited. Ask for the certificate number and the exact registered company name it was issued to. A provider unwilling to give both has answered your question.

02Match
Check the name against the company
The name on the certificate must match the company that will invoice you. A certificate belonging to a different entity is not that provider’s certificate.

03Verify
Confirm with the ministry
Health tourism authorisations are held on Turkish Ministry of Health records. Travel agency licences are held by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Confirm the number there rather than on the provider’s own website.

04Then the quotation
Ask for it in writing
The clinic, the operating surgeon, the graft estimate, the technique and what the price includes — all in writing before you pay. This is the step most people skip, and it is the one that matters on the day.

Why are there no accreditation badges on this page?
Because we would not be able to give you a number to check for most of them. A logo that cannot be verified with an issuing body is decoration, and it tends to draw attention away from the two documents that actually govern this activity.

They are published here in full and can be read directly. If you need them in another form for your own records, ask us through the contact page.
Is the certificate holder the same company that invoices me?
