Arrival
Greeting and transfers
You are met at the airport by a consultant who speaks your language and taken to the hotel by private vehicle. The same applies in reverse on the day you fly home, after the first wash. City transfers to and from the facility on the examination and operation days are included in every package; the VIP tier changes the vehicle class rather than whether the transfer exists.

Accommodation
Three nights in Istanbul
The stay is three nights in every package, because the sequence needs it: examination and design on day one, the operation on day two, the first wash and check on day three. A trip shortened to two nights usually means skipping the first wash, which is the part you have been taught to do for yourself afterwards.

During the operation
Who is with you, and who is not
This is where the previous version of this page said something that was not true. It attributed the start of the operation to clinical staff of ours. We have none: the operation is carried out by the physicians and surgical team of our clinic. We employ no clinical staff.
What our people do on that day is accompany and interpret. That is not a small thing — a six-to-eight hour procedure in a language you do not speak is a different experience with someone beside you — but it is a different job from the medical one, and conflating the two would be misleading.

Frequently asked questions
Does VIP mean a better operation?
No. It changes the hotel, the transfer class and the amount of accompaniment. The physician, the technique, the target density of 45–55 grafts/cm², the 6–8 hour session and the 12–18 months to a final result are the same in every package.
Who performs the operation?
The physicians and surgical team of our clinic. We are a hair transplant clinic in Istanbul and employ no clinical staff. Our people accompany and interpret; they do not take part in the procedure.
How many nights do I stay?
Three, in every package. Day one examination and design, day two the operation, day three the first wash and departure. A two-night trip usually means skipping the first wash.
Are transfers included in the standard package?
Yes — airport transfers in both directions and city transfers on the examination and operation days are in every package. The VIP tier changes the vehicle class, not whether the transfer happens.
Which hotel will I stay in?
It depends on the package and it is named in your written quotation before you book, along with the facility and the operating physician.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. Tell us at the assessment stage so the accommodation and transfers are arranged for both of you and priced in the quotation rather than added afterwards.
Is an interpreter included?
Yes, on the examination and operation days, in every package. Arranging it is our responsibility rather than the facility’s.
What does the package cost?
Our packages run €2,000 – €3,000. The price follows the package — technique, accommodation, transfers and scope — not a per-graft rate. The cost page sets out what moves the figure.
