HOW IT IS ORGANISED
Professionalism
In shortA hair transplant abroad succeeds or fails on four things: where it is performed, who performs it, who looks after you around it, and what is written down before you pay. This section covers all four — our clinics, our surgical and coordination teams, and the VIP services that sit around the three days.

The four parts
What this section covers
Contracted institutions
The licensed facilities we work with and what the contract covers.
Where treatments happen
Our clinic: reception, ward and operating theatre.
Our team
Who does what — and what we are not publishing about the physicians, with the reason.
VIP services
Transfers, hotels and accompaniment. What the upgrade actually changes.
Where
The operation takes place in our clinic, not in our office
Our office in Şişli is a consultation and coordination office. No medical procedure is carried out there, and it would be unlawful for one to be. Your examination, your operation and your first wash all take place in a our clinic that holds its own operating licence and, where required, its own health tourism authorisation.
That separation is not a technicality. It determines who is answerable for what: the clinical decision, the operation itself and the medical record belong to the facility; the appointment, the travel, the language and the follow-up chasing belong to us.
Our clinic: reception, ward corridor and operating theatre. Further photographs are on the photo gallery page.
Who
Who does what, on which day
| Stage | Carried out by |
|---|---|
| Photo assessment and graft estimate | Our surgeons |
| Written quotation and booking | Our patient coordination team |
| Airport transfer and accommodation | Our travel team |
| Blood tests, examination, hairline design | Our surgeons, day one |
| Interpreting and accompaniment | Our coordination team |
| Extraction and placement | Our surgeon and surgical team |
| First wash and written aftercare | Our nursing team, with you present |
| Follow-ups at months 1, 3, 6, 12 | Coordination team; assessed by our surgeons |
The team page goes further and does something unusual: it lists what we are not publishing about the physicians — universities, hospital affiliations, titles that are not certain — and explains why sources that contradict each other should not be turned into a biography.
VIP
What the VIP package actually changes
It is worth being precise here, because “VIP” is used loosely in this industry and sometimes implies a better operation. It does not.
VIP changes
- The hotel — five-star accommodation for the three nights
- The transfer class, airport and city
- How much accompaniment you get across the three days
- Scheduling flexibility around your flights
VIP does not change
- Who operates on you, or their technique
- The target density of 45–55 grafts/cm²
- The session length of 6–8 hours
- The time to a final result — 12–18 months either way
What is inside each package, and what moves the €2,000–€3,000 range, is set out on the cost page. The VIP services page covers the travel side in detail.

Verification
Four questions worth asking any provider, including us
- What is your health tourism authorisation number? Ours is AK-0604 and the certificate is published on the documents page. A provider who will not give you a number is telling you something.
- Which clinic, and is it named in writing? The address of the clinic you will actually be treated in belongs in the quotation, not in a phone call.
- Which physician will operate, by name? If the answer is “our team”, ask again. The name belongs in the written quotation.
- What exactly is in the price, and what is not? An itemised quotation is not an unreasonable request; it is the minimum.
Frequently asked questions
Where will my operation take place?
In our clinic in Istanbul, not in our office. The facility is named in your written quotation before you book. Photographs of the environment are on the photo gallery page.
Who will perform my operation?
One of our surgeons, in our own clinic. The surgeon is named in your written quotation before you book, so you know who will be operating rather than being told “our team”.
Will someone speak my language?
Yes. An interpreter accompanies you at the examination and on the operation day. Coordinating that is our responsibility, not the hospital’s.
Is the VIP package a better operation?
No. VIP changes the hotel, the transfer class and the amount of accompaniment. It does not change the physician, the technique, the target density or the time to a final result.
How do I verify your credentials?
Our Ministry of Health authorisation is AK-0604 and our Group A travel agency licence is 14296. Both certificates are published in full on the documents page, and both numbers can be checked with the issuing ministry.
What happens at the follow-ups?
They are done by photograph at months 1, 3, 6 and 12. We coordinate them; the physician assesses them. The shedding phase in weeks 2–8 falls between the first two and is expected.
Can I visit the clinic before deciding?
The examination on day one is exactly that opportunity, and nothing proceeds without your agreement to the hairline drawing. If you want to see the environment before you travel, the photo gallery and the clinics page show it.
What is written in the quotation?
The estimated graft count, the technique, the facility, the operating physician, what the package includes, what it excludes, and the price. If any of those is missing from a quotation you receive anywhere, ask for it before paying.
