What we deliberately do not publish

Team pages in this market routinely list universities, hospital departments and figures that nobody can verify. We state only what we can establish. So we do not publish:

• University and hospital details, for as long as the sources we hold contradict one another.
• Titles and specialisms that are not unambiguously established.
• Success rates, satisfaction scores and patient numbers of any kind.

The physician who will carry out your procedure is named, together with the facility, in your written offer — before any booking. That is the detail that matters.

Who does what

• Assessment, hairline design and the decision on technique and graft count: the physician of the partner facility.
• The operation itself, in the licensed facility: its physicians and medical staff.
• Travel, accommodation, transfers, language support and scheduling: our coordination team.
• Arranging follow-up at months 1, 3, 6 and 12: our team. The medical assessment at those points: the physician.

Your points of contact

• Before you travel: you send four photographs, you receive the plan and a written offer.
• Day 1: pickup, blood tests, hairline design. Nothing proceeds without your agreement.
• Day 2: the operation, 6–8 hours under local anaesthesia.
• Day 3: first wash and post-operative check, then the airport transfer.
• Months 1, 3, 6 and 12: you send photographs, you receive an answer.

What to ask any provider

These four questions separate a medical structure from a booking desk — put them to us as readily as to anyone else:

• Does the organisation hold a health tourism authorisation, and what is the number? Ours is AK-0604.
• Where will the operation take place, and is that facility itself licensed?
• Who performs it — a physician — and is that stated in writing before you pay?
• What happens after you fly home? Ask for the follow-up schedule in writing.
