The separation
Why this page is not called “our clinics”
It used to be. The wording has been corrected, because it was not accurate and the inaccuracy mattered.
We are a hair transplant clinic in Istanbul operating under authorisation AK-0604, Turkish Ministry of Health. We do not own a hospital, we do not run an operating theatre and we employ no physicians or clinical staff. Your examination and your operation take place in a our clinic that holds its own operating licence, and the clinical responsibility for them is that facility’s.

The environment
What the facility looks like
You arrive at reception on day one for blood tests, examination and the hairline drawing. The operation is on day two, in a theatre, under local anaesthetic, over six to eight hours. On day three the first wash is demonstrated before your transfer to the airport.
Reception, ward corridor and operating theatre at our clinic.
More photographs are on the photo gallery page, and the day-by-day sequence is set out on the treatments page.
What we coordinate
The only treatments we handle
Everything we coordinate is hair restoration. There is nothing else on the list, and this page previously suggested otherwise — it advertised skin care, laser applications, botox, filling, ozone therapy and several other procedures that we do not coordinate. Those have been removed.

Verification
What to check about any facility
- Is the clinic named in writing, with its address? “A fully equipped clinic in Istanbul” is a description, not a name.
- Is the facility named in writing, before payment? “A fully equipped clinic in Istanbul” is not a name.
- Who operates, by name? If the answer is “our team”, ask again.
- Where does the first wash happen, and who shows you? A trip shortened by a day usually means skipping it.
- What is the health tourism authorisation number? Ours is AK-0604, and both our certificates are published in full on the documents page.
Frequently asked questions
Where exactly will my operation take place?
In one of our fully equipped clinics in Istanbul, by our own surgical team. The clinic is named with its address in your written quotation before you book. Our Şişli office is where consultation and planning happen.
Which facility will I be treated in?
It is named in your written quotation, together with the operating physician, before you book. If a provider will not put the facility name in writing, that is worth knowing before you pay.
How can I verify your credentials?
Our health tourism authorisation is AK-0604 and our Group A travel agency licence is 14296. Both certificates are published in full on the documents page and both numbers can be checked with the issuing ministry.
Do you offer botox, laser or skin treatments?
No. We coordinate hair restoration only: hair transplantation by Sapphire FUE or DHI, eyebrow transplantation, beard and moustache transplantation, and hair mesotherapy. This page previously listed unrelated aesthetic procedures; that was inaccurate and has been removed.
Can I see the theatre before the operation?
Day one at the facility is the examination, so you see the environment before anything begins, and nothing proceeds without your agreement to the hairline drawing. Photographs are on the photo gallery page.
How long is the operation?
Six to eight hours in a single day, under local anaesthetic. Day one is examination and design, day two the operation, day three the first wash and departure — three nights in Istanbul in total.
Who do I contact if something concerns me afterwards?
Us — the same coordination team that arranged your treatment, in your own language. Follow-ups are scheduled at months 1, 3, 6 and 12, and anything between them comes to us and reaches your surgeon the same day.
What happens at your Şişli office?
Consultation and planning: the photograph assessment, the graft plan, the written quotation and your travel arrangements. The address is Esentepe Mah. Keskin Kalem Sok. No: 27/8, Şişli / İstanbul, Türkiye. The operation itself takes place in our clinic.
